The game is a prequel Deus Ex. Its actions will be developed in 2027 (of the original game, developed in 2052). Main character name is Adam Jensen, and he works in the security service corporation Sarif Industries, a world leader in the production of implants for men. Under the cover of the crowd, opposed to augmentation, the company headquarters in Detroit, committed by an organized attack. Unknown kiberusovershenstvovannye agents provoke the police, restraining disorder, to open fire on a rebellious people. During the attack killed many of those whom the hero had to defend.
