It may very well be the longest book title ever. "Fifteen Thousand Useful Phrases: A Practical Handbook of Pertinent Expressions, Striking Similes, Literary, Commercial, Conversational, and Oratorical Terms, for the Embellishment of Speech and Literature, and the Improvement of the Vocabulary of Those Persons Who Read, Write, and Speak English." But it's a wonderful resource for writers. I downloaded the e-book version of this (Sorry, Amazon!) and then downloaded the file (in many parts) to my iPod, to use during essay writing at school. I use it at home when I write my own short stories. I use some of the phrases in my speech, and I can assuredly say, everyone needs a little pizazz in their speech.
